Responsibilities

Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and attention to detail Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend suitable styles Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and satisfied Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client check-ins, and answering inquiries Promote retail products related to eyelash care and other beauty services through upselling techniques Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Stay updated on the latest eyelash extension techniques and industry trends

Requirements

Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions is preferred; training can be provided for the right candidate Strong retail sales and upselling skills to promote additional products or services Excellent customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming environment Ability to work effectively at the front desk, managing appointments and client interactions Attention to detail, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
