Duties
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers, ensuring they understand how products meet their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the functionality and advantages of various offerings.
Utilize basic math skills for cash handling, ensuring accurate transactions at the point of sale (POS).
Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, guiding them through the purchasing process.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Experience in Optical sales is advantageous.
Familiarity with technology sales or related fields is a plus.
