The Consultant will play a key role in enhancing customer experience and increasing product adoption in a retail or tech environment.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to facilitate informed purchasing decisions Assist customers with merchandising, POS transactions, and cashiering duties Manage customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities Maintain organized displays and ensure merchandise is well-presented Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Support inventory management and assist with basic math calculations for transactions Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple customers efficiently during peak hours

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or customer service roles preferred Multilingual or bilingual capabilities (English required; additional languages are a plus) Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical products and features Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively upsell products or services Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management Professional appearance with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Previous experience in technology sales or retail environments is advantageous
