Job Description
```Duties:```
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and providing product recommendations
- Assist customers with point-of-sale transactions and ensure accuracy in processing payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed
```Requirements:```
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members
- Experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Effective time management skills to ensure productivity during busy periods
