Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and ensure that production goals are met. Train and mentor production staff on proper use of power tools, hand tools, and machinery. Oversee the assembly and fabrication processes to ensure quality control. Monitor workflow and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Proficient in operating power tools, hand tools, and forklifts. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with assembly and fabrication processes is preferred.
