Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging lessons in one or more of our focus areas (Language, Math, Chess, Art, STEM).
Build and adapt curriculum to support the growth and curiosity of elementary-aged children.
Create a fun, supportive, and challenging learning environment that sparks a love for learning.
Collaborate with our team to continuously improve and expand our offerings
Develop and deliver instructional materials and programs that align with curriculum standards.
Facilitate engaging lessons that encourage active participation and foster critical thinking.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.
Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding program objectives and student performance.

Requirements
Flexible availability for
after-school hours
and
weekends
.
Experience working with
elementary school children
(tutoring, teaching, or enrichment programs).
Strong organizational and curriculum-building skills.
Preferred
: OCT-certified teachers or MACTE-certified Montessori Elementary teachers.
Passion for inspiring young minds, with creativity and adaptability.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field is preferred.
University experience is highly desirable, showcasing familiarity with academic settings.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all students.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and execution.
