As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and versatile Exteriors Handyman to join our team.Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Exteriors Handyman to perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exterior home improvements, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs on exterior structures, including siding, decks, fences, and windows.

- Assist with roofing installations and repairs as needed.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any concerns.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with a focus on exterior work.

- Strong knowledge of various building materials and repair techniques.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work at heights.

- Valid driver's license is a huge asset.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
