We're looking for an on-site Exterior Specialist in the construction industry.
Our client is a respected and growing construction company with a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Known for its team-oriented culture and commitment to craftsmanship, the company is seeking an Exterior Specialist to support residential and commercial projects. Exterior Specialist - Construction responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support exterior construction activities including siding, windows, doors, and roofing installations
• Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure schedules are met and work is completed to quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and assist in identifying and resolving exterior-related issues
• Support warranty and service requests for exterior components
• Provide accurate documentation and reporting on work progress and deficiencies
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate exterior work
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies on job sites

The successful candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience in construction with a focus on exterior systems
• Strong knowledge of siding, windows, doors, roofing, and other building envelope components
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary starting at $75,000, depending on experience
