Starting Wage: $17.60/hr (performance-based raises)

Schedule: Regular start time between 8:00-9:00 AM

Occasional 5 AM start every 2 weeks

Saturdays Off

About the Position

We are hiring a reliable, hard-working Exterior & Interior Detailing Technician with a valid G driver's license.

No experience is needed,

we are looking for someone who is money-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to put in the effort. Full training is provided.

This role involves cleaning, detailing, and maintaining commercial vehicles, trucks, trailers, and machinery. Work is outdoors year-round and can be physically demanding.

Key Responsibilities

Drive company vehicles and equipment (G license required) Power wash trucks, trailers, vehicles, and equipment Perform exterior and interior detailing Operate and power on cleaning machines and equipment Maintain tools, hoses, power washers, and machinery Work outdoors in snow, rain, heat, and all weather conditions Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for 3-15 hours per shift Communicate professionally with customers when required Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Regular start time varies between 8-9 AM Early 5 AM start approximately once every 2 weeks

Requirements

Valid G driver's license No experience required, training is provided Hard-working, reliable, and willing to learn Money-motivated and performance-driven Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Physically fit and able to handle long, active shifts Good people skills and positive attitude Able to work independently and as part of a small team
