About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven

Exterior Project Manager

to join our team and lead residential and commercial exterior restoration projects related to hail damage insurance claims. This position involves hands-on inspections, estimating using Xactimate, and consistent communication with property owners, insured parties, and insurance adjusters.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough exterior and roofing inspections, including climbing ladders to assess damage. Prepare accurate and detailed estimates using Xactimate for hail and storm-related property claims. Manage projects from initial inspection through to job completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for insureds, property owners, and insurance adjusters. Negotiate scopes of work with insurance companies in accordance with applicable policy coverages. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, material deliveries, and project timelines. Document job progress with photos, notes, and updates to ensure transparency and accountability. Maintain compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and client expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing exterior restoration or roofing projects, preferably within insurance restoration. Proficient in Xactimate software with a strong understanding of insurance estimating and claim processes. Ability to climb ladders and safely access residential and commercial roofs. Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with adjusters, clients, and internal teams. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. IICRC or Haag certification (preferred but not required).

Pay: $75,011.87-$103,089.89 per year
