Position Overview:

We are looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as

Exterior Installers

. This position involves the installation and servicing of a range of building envelope products including aluminum composite panels, cement board siding, insulated metal panels, corrugated steel cladding, and wood or composite siding systems on

commercial projects

.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret drawings, blueprints, and work orders to plan layouts and installation methods. Mark reference lines and measurements on walls and structures to guide installation. Apply air/vapor barrier membranes to building exteriors using rollers and applicators. Measure, cut, and fasten Z-girts or sub-framing using power and hand tools. Install, maintain, and repair various cladding and siding systems safely and efficiently. Coordinate with other trades and site management as needed. Load and unload tools and materials to and from the job site.

Qualifications:

No formal education requirements. Must comply with company and site safety rules in accordance with the OH&S Act and Regulations. Participate in toolbox talks and other safety meetings. Physically capable of performing manual work and lifting up to 50 lbs. Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively in English. Valid driver's license is an asset.

Additional Details:

Product-specific training provided on site. Previous experience with exterior cladding or building envelope systems is an asset. Work primarily located in the Edmonton region. Must be comfortable working at heights. Must provide own CSA-approved steel-toed boots.

Compensation:

Skilled Labourer: $22-$28/hour (based on experience) Metal Cladder: $22-$37/hour (based on experience)

Working Conditions:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM start, minimum 9-hour days. 1-hour lunch (0.5 hour paid). Overtime may be required. Work environment includes exposure to weather, noise, and dust. Fast-paced setting where attention to detail and safety awareness are key. Projects may vary by location; having your own vehicle is an asset.

Pay: $22.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
