Description



We are excited to announce the formation of an

Equity, Inclusion, Diversity & Anti-Racism (EIDA-R) Working Group

and are seeking expressions of interest from staff across all departments to participate.




Purpose of the Working Group





The EIDA-R Working Group will play a central role in shaping our organization's journey toward a more inclusive and equitable workplace. Members will collaborate to:


Develop a roadmap for EIDA-R enhancement in alignment with our organizational values. Identify opportunities to strengthen inclusivity, equity, and belonging across teams and programs. Provide feedback and recommendations to Executive Leadership on EIDA-R priorities and initiatives. Act as champions of diversity and inclusion within their respective areas.



Who Should Apply





We welcome volunteers from all levels, roles, and backgrounds who are passionate about building a respectful and inclusive workplace. No prior EIDA-R experience is required--just a commitment to learning, sharing, and contributing to positive change.




Time Commitment




Working group members will meet approximately once per month (1-1.5 hours per meeting). Additional time may be needed for reviewing materials or contributing to specific initiatives. The group will be active for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
