Express Lane

Service Advisor

, who, under the direction of the Service Manager, will primarily be responsible to always maintain professionalism and knowledgeable guidance in greeting and maintaining vehicle service communications to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet Express Lane customers promptly and appropriately Document customer and vehicle information Promote the sales of parts and service packages Prepare a complete and accurate estimate for Express Lane services Maintain effective communications with customers and Express Lane Technicians Verify that final invoices reconcile with the work performed on Repair Orders Explain all completed work and charges to customers Answer incoming department calls and schedule appointments as needed Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Automotive experience an asset Demonstrated superior customer service focus and experience Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management expertise Customer oriented, polite, courteous Computer proficient Valid Manitoba driver's license Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management abilities Basic technical automotive knowledge an asset
