You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, such as customs compliance, operations, and commercial teams, to ensure that export activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.Responsibilities: * Monitoring orders in Asia, particularly in China.

• Ensure that orders will not be delivered to customers or individuals on Entity List.
• Investigate our deliveries by cross-checking the data provided.
• Coordinate obtaining End User Statements signed by customers.

Requirements: * Technical degree in a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Basic knowledge of export control rules is an asset.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• The notion of compliance with regulations is important to you.
• Curious, analytical mind.
• Good communication skills (English and French, advanced level) and interpersonal skills.
