We are looking for a sharp, efficient, and dedicated individual to ensure every plate we serve meets our high standards and reaches the table perfectly.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented

Expo / Food Runner

to be the engine of our dining room and maintain the flow of our service.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the vital communication link between the kitchen, servers, and management. Inspect every dish for accuracy, quality, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen. Coordinate the timely and efficient delivery of food to guest tables, ensuring hot food is hot and cold food is cold. Describe menu items to guests upon delivery to enhance their dining experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe expo line and service areas. Assist in garnishing and final plating of dishes under the chef's direction. Help with side work, including restocking supplies, polishing glassware, and clearing tables as needed. Work collaboratively and efficiently with the entire FOH and BOH team to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a expo, food runner, busser, or similar support role in a restaurant is a strong asset. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for presentation. Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of urgency. A flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
