Position Overview:

We're looking for organized, detail-oriented, and fast-paced individuals to join our kitchen team as Expos (Food Expeditors). The Expo role is the link between our kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring dishes leave the pass perfectly plated, accurately prepared, and on time.

What You'll Do:

Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets presentation and quality standards Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order flow Communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment Keep the pass organized, stocked, and clean throughout the shift Assist with side duties as needed to keep service running efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Previous restaurant or expo experience is an asset, but not required - we will train the right candidate Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Strong communication and multitasking skills A team-first mindset and a positive attitude

Details:

Wage: $17 - $22/hour based on experience and performance Shifts start between 1:00pm - 5:00pm Flexible schedule - both full-time and part-time positions available * Staff meals and discounts included
