We are looking for an Intern that is eager to gain hands-on experience in the agricultural business while developing essential customer service and operational skills. This role offers exposure to multiple facets of our business, including logistics, inventory management, and client interaction, preparing you for a future career in agribusiness.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Business Operations: Understand how products move through the supply chain, from order processing to delivery. Assist with documentation, invoicing, and inventory reconciliation. Customer Service: Communicate with customers and team members to answer questions, take orders, and ensure accurate information flow. Learn best practices for building strong client relationships. Administrative Skills: Gain proficiency in office systems and tools (Microsoft Office, data entry, record management). Support daily office functions such as preparing reports and maintaining files. Industry Knowledge: Learn about fertilizers, chemicals, seed products, and grain grading standards. Participate in blending and inventory processes to understand product quality and compliance. Professional Development: Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing your experience, growth, and career goals.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Must be currently enrolled in a related college or university program, and be returning to school in the Fall. Must have a valid G driver's license, a satisfactory driving record. Must possess a valid passport and any required visas to travel to the United States and be able to travel independently. Mandatory attendance at the Exploring Agriculture Conference in Bloomington, IL, May 18th and 19th, 2026 (plus possibly the day before and after, as necessary for travel.)
