Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our team on various projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating heavy equipment, particularly skid steers, in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires a proactive individual who can navigate construction sites effectively while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Operate skid steers Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Collaborate with team members to execute grading and clean up of leases Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety regulations and guidelines. Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety practices when necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience in heavy equipment operation with a focus on skid steer operation. Mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance and repair Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and the ability to operate various vehicles Previous experience working on construction sites with an understanding of site safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards on the job site. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
