Within the ADS department, Experiences division, the Experiential Producer coordinates and supervises the day-to-day running of projects from the initial brief to the final delivery. The person will be responsible for client management, external and internal project teams, project scope, documentation, schedules and budgets. The person will help design multi-disciplinary projects and has a thorough understanding of emerging technologies and their relevance to the company\'s vision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Obtain the client brief and all required materials;
  • Anticipate and discuss any potential issues with the team at the outset of the project to help define the scope of the project;
  • Leading project kick-offs: Present the project and mandate and the client\'s vision to the team;
  • Develop project budgets and estimates, tracking projected margins. Establish and monitor the billing schedule;
  • Plan, organize and manage production steps, tasks and schedules;
  • Delegate the appropriate team member and freelancers for the project;
  • Seeks solutions through researching, inquiring vendors and collaborating with team members;
  • Be the contact person for all production needs from start to finish of each project with the client and internal departments, and external collaborators (suppliers, freelancers, etc.)
  • Be a good listener and maintain effective communication, to ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project;
  • Identify the resources (material and human) required for each project, in collaboration with the creative technologists;
  • In collaboration with the creative team, contribute to pitches with production suggestions to ensure client satisfaction;
  • Manage post-mortems and ensure delivery of assets for marketing purposes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years experience in a similar role;
  • Relevant experience in interactive and/or experiential environment required;
  • Knowledge of the following tools: Adobe suite, project management tools and shot grid are an asset;
  • Strong sense of autonomy, initiative and resourcefulness;
  • Strong knowledge of web, interactive and immersive technologies (AR/VR/projection mapping/ real time technologies);
  • A network of local/international suppliers and strong knowledge of post production is a plus;
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) for interactive and immersive projects;
  • Understanding of technical and creative constraints to be able to challenge teams and find the best solutions for the project;
  • Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment;
  • Positive leader and the ability to motivate and engage teams;
  • Professionalism and attention to detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate easily with various partners and stakeholders;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with various partners and stakeholders;
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent priority management.
The person will work closely with our teams in Toronto, Vancouver and Los Angeles. The business development coordinator will also be involved in exchanges with our customers based around the world, in order to highlight Rodeo FX\'s technical and creative capabilities.

Additional Information
  • 9 to 12 month full-time freelance contract or short-term contract with the possibility of extension.
