The Role:

The Experiential Marketing Specialist is responsible for facilitating and executing event and marketing activations, including community and retail events in order to drive brand awareness and traffic. The successful candidate will support the development of the Events strategy across global markets and work cross-functionally to bring projects to life. You will play a key role in driving the next phase of growth and expansion at Mejuri. You are an experienced project manager, an enthusiastic team player, extremely creative, responsible at managing multiple budgets, adaptable, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you\'ll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute global brand events and activations to drive brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and revenue
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations team on execution of key projects, events, and overall marketing support for retail locations
  • Establish and build event playbooks across different geographies
  • Support and execute the event strategy around store openings and brand activations
  • Manage and develop relationships with external production agencies, vendors, creative agencies, and brand partners
  • Work in collaboration with the in-house creative team members to contribute to overall event experience design
  • Brainstorm, strategize, and propose event concepts and plans that ladders up to the annual brand plan
  • Create and update key documents to ensure cross-functional alignment
  • Support onsite event execution, coordination, and external vendor supervision
  • Manage individual project budgets, work-back schedules, and approval processes for internal and external creative resources
  • Work within a project budget to achieve production objectives
  • Support and build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and teams, partner agencies, and our external supplier and industry partners.
  • Develop pitch decks and post-mortems to help inform long term marketing strategy
  • Support with internal processes such as traffic sheets, budgets, and hiring temporary candidates for events
  • Have a pulse on marketing campaigns, trends and industry news

  • Management experience leading both internal resources and external vendors in the execution of events
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Management of contracts and service agreements and cost negotiation with internal and external suppliers/vendors when organizing events
  • Experience in managing and executing multiple initiatives and activations simultaneously
  • Experienced and knowledgeable with retail marketing and promotions
  • Excellent time management and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required and work weekends and/or evenings for event
