Harvard Media, is looking for an Experiences Coordinator to join our Regina team and work closely with our Experiences Managers in the market. Harvard Media Regina is an extremely busy market that houses many of our Harvard Media brands (both radio and interactive) and we need your help executing compelling contests and exciting events, that build our brands, engage our listeners, and benefit our clients

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Post promotional content across station websites and social media platforms to support experiences and marketing initiatives.
Track and document station promotions, events, and community initiatives.
Attend and represent brands at all major station events and designated client promotions as needed
Assist in gathering data for experience wrap reports.
Create and manage giveaways using SPARC, ensuring accuracy and compliance with station policies and ensuring prizing is accounted for.
Assist in the distribution of prizes and maintain records of contest winners and prize fulfillment.
Assist with off-site promotional events, including giveaways, live broadcasts, and special appearances.
Preparation of equipment and merchandise for events
Maintain promotional materials and station vehicles by ensuring cleanliness, fueling, and identifying items that need repair or replacement.
Other duties as assigned by the Experiences Manager
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft systems like Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel & Word
Canva knowledge and skills considered an asset
Video editing software experience is an asset
Keen problem-solver with ability to act quickly and accurately
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, dynamic, energetic, and accountable
Self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude and passion to succeed with an eagerness to learn new skills
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, promotions and/or media industry would be a definite asset, or related experience that demonstrates the necessary skills and abilities for this position
Must have high attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
The skills necessary to update station websites and social media with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
Must be willing to work flexible hours. Weekend and evening hours will be required for station events and promotions
Must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record and provide a driver's abstract
Must be eligible for coverage under Harvard's Insurance Plan
A love for getting out in the community and meeting and greeting our listeners first-hand
Please note this will be a (approx. 20 hour per week) part-time position
