About the Opportunity
We're looking for innovative individuals who can bring fresh perspectives to our team. We're currently hiring for a Seasonal Workplace Signer to join our team.
Pay Range:
$21.50 and $23.50 per hour depending on experienceMust have a Valid Nova Scotia Signer Certification (Not TCP or Flagging)
Responsibilities
Ensuring the worksite is signed in accordance with provincial requirements Ensuring all equipment required for the day is loaded on the truck prior to departing Interacting with customers in the field to understand scope of work and level of traffic control required Ensuring Traffic Control Persons are following all safety policies in the field Acting as a Traffic Control Person while crew members are on breaks/lunches Performing routine inspections of temporary workplaces Communicate with other workers on site and project manager
Requirements
Ability to stand for 10-12 hours daily Must have a Valid Nova Scotia Signer Certification, NOT TCP or Flagging Driver's license is an asset Work outside in all types of weather conditions Able to lift 50+lbs safely Must be reliable and punctual
