Summary
We are seeking an experienced wills lawyer to join our dynamic team at Mack Professional Corp. This position requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experince.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review wills and powers of attorney. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy. Communicate with clients and their families with compassion and clarity. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting practice areas. Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies for clients.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Ontario. Strong skills in legal drafting and writing. Ability to manage files independently and efficiently.
