Welder positions available!

Lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms, such as machinery frames, stackers, conveyors, feed bins, Jaw Plants.

*Analyzes engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations.

*Work effectively in a team environment

*Follow direction

*Adhere to and practice Health and Safety Policies and Procedures

*Welds components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.

*Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers.

*Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade, such as shielded metal arc and gas metal arc welding equipment.

*Select and install torches, torch tips, filler rods, and flux, according to welding chart specifications or types and thicknesses of metals.

*Chip or grind off excess weld, slag, or spatter, using hand scrapers or power chippers, portable grinders, or arc-cutting equipment.

*Proper use and knowledge of PPE.

*Works well in a team environment, promotes positivity and reinforces safe work practices

Looking for an experienced Welder, minimum 3 years experience.

CWB tickets are an asset

Pay rate is determined by the skill level and experience of the individual. A welding test will be provided on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
