We seek an experienced tour guide to join our team at EPIC NORTH Tour Experiences. As a tour guide, you will lead sightseeing tours and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. Responsibilities:
- Lead day sightseeing tours and provide commentary in English to guests.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of guests throughout the tour.
- Interact with guests and answer any questions about the tour and the area.
- Maintain knowledge of local history, culture, and attractions.
- Fluent in English. A second language would be beneficial.
- Prior experience as a tour guide or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of local history, culture, and attractions.
- Valid driver\'s license Class 4 and a clean Drivers\' Abstract
