?Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

- Must be able to problem solve and provide solutions for all clients

- Must have 4-6 years ofexperiencee in this field

- Mounting, balancing, and installing tires on vehicles

- Performing tire rotations and re-torquing to spec

- Inspecting tires for wear and damage

- Recommending tire replacements based on wear patterns and customer needs

- Assisting customers with tire selection and providing recommendations

- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

- Must be able to lift 100 lbs

- Seeking someone to complete tasks efficiently and effectively within a timeline

Skills:

- Strong work ethic

- Strong mechanical aptitude

- Knowledge of tire brands, sizes, and specifications

- Ability to use tire mounting and balancing equipment

- Attention to detail and accuracy in tire installation and alignment

As a Tire Technician at our dealership, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring their vehicles have safe and properly functioning tires. You will be key in maintaining customer satisfaction and safety by performing tire installations, rotations, and inspections. We are seeking individuals with strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities. Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
