Subcontractors Wanted for Home Improvement Projects

Contrade Inc. is seeking experienced and reliable tradespeople to help us deliver top-quality home improvement projects for our growing team. If you are a skilled professional with 5+ years of experience and a passion for excellent craftsmanship, we would really love to hear from you!

From small handyman tasks to extensive remodeling projects, we need talented tradespeople who are ready to deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service.

We are currently seeking professionals in the following areas:

General Subcontractors General Tradesmen / Tradeswomen Carpenters (Rough & Finishing Carpentry) Drywall Installers & Finishers Painters (Interior & Exterior) Flooring Installers

What We're Looking For:

We value skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work and enjoy variety in their projects. Ideally, we are seeking people who have experience in at least

three

or more of the following areas:

Carpentry (rough & finish) Bathroom & Kitchen Upgrades or Remodels Interior & Exterior Painting Drywall Repair, Patching, and Finishing Decks/Fences - Builds & Repairs Framing Minor Plumbing & Electrical Tasks Flooring Repair & Installation General Home Repairs & Maintenance

What We Look for in Our Team Members:

Exceptional customer service and communication skills Solid knowledge of building codes and safe work practices Strong organizational skills and efficient management of time on job sites and with materials Punctual & Reliable Read and interpret construction plans to understand project requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks. Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project cost assessments, when necessary. Strong ability to problem solve, especially when encountering unforeseen job or site circumstances.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and insurance Own tools and work vehicle Proven experience in home repair or remodeling trades Ability to pass background and reference checks Own WCB coverage, preferred*
