We are looking for an experienced and motivated Softgel Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in softgel production, strong attention to detail, and a reliable work ethic. This in-person role involves operating equipment, maintaining safety standards, and supporting production processes on-site. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to develop their skills in a fast-paced industrial environment while contributing to the efficient operation of our facility.

Duties

Working with hand tools and using your mechanical experience to safely operate and set up machines. Collecting raw materials for processing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to production requirements. Checking the quality of prepared products and accurately documenting results at specific stages of the production process. Operating and maintaining machines that manufacture the final softgel products. Cleaning and sanitizing the plant processing area. Focusing on the little things and understanding the importance of attention to detail. Working independently or collaboratively as part of the team.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in softgel production. Strong mechanical skills and experience with operating production machinery. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
