Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation and ensure that all food handling practices comply with safety regulations. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Process payments efficiently while providing excellent customer service during checkout.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is a MUST! , with a strong understanding of the food service industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience in bartending is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
