Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and satisfied throughout their visit.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing menu recommendations. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with food preparation and handling as needed to support kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food safety regulations and practices to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a server or food service role. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards is essential. Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is a plus; barista experience is also beneficial.
