Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Experienced Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of food and beverage service. Duties

Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, creating a positive first impression Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist with food preparation and handling as needed, maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols Provide detailed menu information, including specials and dietary options, to guests Clear tables, reset dining areas, and ensure cleanliness throughout the shift Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and sanitation practices . Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and allergen information, to assist guests effectively

Experience

Previous dining restaurant or food service experience preferred or hospitality background is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food industry standards, including food handling and safety regulations Experience with serving in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills to clearly convey orders and interact with guests professionally
