As part of the Sales / Business Development Canada team you will be working across the entire portfolio (Gas Service, Grid Technology, and Transformation of Industry).As Sales Operations Professional you will play a critical role in enhancing our sales productivity and operational efficiency. This position involves supporting the sales operations, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the sales team aligns with the business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales operations within the energy sectorHow You'll Make an Impact

  • Event Coordination: Identify, organize and manage customer events. Coordinate with various departments, set agendas, and ensure all logistical details are handled.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee the use of CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and customer engagement. Budget Management: Manage and allocate the sales budget effectively.
  • Team Development: Monitor and evaluate the sales team's performance and support the sales team to enhance their productivity. Training and Development: Develop training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
  • Office and Project Assistance: Ensure the back office is running smoothly and support team members with various projects and tasks as required. This may include research, data entry, and creating reports.
  • Manage Customer Satisfaction Surveys by identifying appropriate participants and follow up to ensure high level of customer participation; Support Marketing Analyst with market research for growth and general initiatives as needed.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or higher required; bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field or experience in the field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the energy sector
  • Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools and agile roles like SCRUM or KANBAN
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
