Position Summary

Canadian Footwear is well known and recognized for its focus on foot health and excellence in customer experience. We are looking for exceptional people to join our expanding team in Winnipeg. Every day our associates help customers find their best fit in footwear and find solutions to their foot health concerns. We are passionate about what we do, and it shows!

We are currently seeking multiple Experienced Part Time and Full Time Sales Associates (RSA) to join our team at our new Kenaston location opening in October 2025.

Limited position openings are also available at our other Winnipeg locations

Behind our in-store Associates is a supporting team of professionals who curate our product assortment, ensure timely deliveries, create engaging marketing, and keep our systems running at optimal effectiveness.

What You'll Need

A passion for retail, footwear, and ensuring that our customers receive the best in customer experience. Living up to the 'We Fit You' brand commitment.

Great people skills. An excellent listener. The ability to build relationships is a must

Experience in retail sales is a must.

Flexibility to work weekends is a must.

What You'll Do

Greet and Welcome all Customers

Measure and Fit customers under our 'We Fit You' guidelines

Computer Entry: Sales, Returns, Exchanges, Credit Notes, and Gift Cards

Paperwork: Customer Holds, Special Orders, Transfers, and Other Forms

Handle Cash / Credit transactions within our Point of Sale (POS) system

Assist with Store Readiness: Cleaning, Dusting, Vacuuming, etc.

Merchandising: Product Placement, Alignment, Stock Room, etc.

Attending Product Knowledge and Sales Training Events
