We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented experienced Retail Clothing Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the visual presentation of our products in retail environments, ensuring that they are displayed effectively to attract customers and drive sales. Your creativity and organizational skills will play a crucial role in maintaining brand standards and optimizing product placement.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with store management to plan and execute merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines.
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays, ensuring they are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Conduct regular audits of merchandise to ensure compliance with company standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, or AutoCAD to create effective merchandising layouts.
- Engage with customers to promote products, answer questions, and provide exceptional service.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed to ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, is preferred for creating engaging visual displays.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is an advantage.
- Ability to sell products by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD or Sketchup is beneficial but not required.
