Job Title: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We're seeking an experienced RDA who truly cares about the patient experience. Patient care matters above all else. Our ideal candidate is someone with clinical strength and an exceptional level of care, able to anticipate what makes a patient feel comfortable, safe, and welcomed.

What you'll be doing:

Chairside assisting for general dentistry procedures (restorative, cleanings, extractions, crowns/bridges) Taking and processing radiographs, intra-oral photos and impressions as required Preparing operatories, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a spotless clinical space Engaging with patients in a warm, reassuring way: greeting them, explaining procedures, easing anxieties and ensuring they leave with a positive impression Assisting with patient education and post-treatment instructions Supporting the team by noticing workflow details, anticipating supply needs and contributing to a well-organized office Working hand-in-hand with the dentist and hygienists to deliver efficient, high-quality care

What we're looking for:

Minimum

2 years' experience

as an RDA in a general dental practice Valid Alberta RDA certification and current CPR/First Aid Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on making patients feel comfortable and valued Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset. Someone who sees the small things that elevate the patient's experience A team player who thrives in a positive, professional, and respectful work environment Comfortable using dental software and learning new tools/techniques as needed

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 33 per week
