Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Railing Installer to join our team. As a Railing Installer, you will be responsible for installing all railing materials, which are aluminum and glass railing systems, according to specifications and industry standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut aluminum railing materials to fit specific areas
- Prepare surfaces by removing existing railing, or installing new railing
- Follow blueprints or project plans to ensure accurate installation
- Inspect railing to ensure it is not damaged prior to installation
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete installations
- Clean up work area and dispose of any debris or waste materials

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a railing Installer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different railing materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for installation purposes
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Skills:
- Maintenance Person skills for general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of blueprint reading for accurate installation according to specifications
- Caulking skills for sealing gaps between flooring materials and railing hardware
- Carpentry skills for cutting, shaping, and fitting railing materials as needed
- Familiarity with using a variety of hand tools for precise installation
