Position Overview:

C4 Building Maintenance is seeking dedicated and experienced

Night Cleaners

to work in a

hotel setting in Vancouver

. The successful candidates will perform cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the property remains spotless and well-maintained overnight. Both

full-time

and

part-time

positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform nightly cleaning duties across common areas, washrooms, lobbies, hallways, and back-of-house spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass doors. Empty garbage bins and replace liners. Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. Report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly. Maintain cleaning tools, carts, and storage areas in good condition. Ensure all assigned cleaning tasks meet hotel and company standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of cleaning experience

, preferably in a hotel or commercial environment.

English proficiency

(reading, writing, and speaking) is required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic. Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
