Position Summary :
Responsible for repairing, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading data on various printers and copiers.
Job Responsibilities :
Perform on-site/off-site printer installation, repair, and maintenance
Perforon-sitetoff-sitete configuration/troubleshooting of printers/copiers
Evaluate repair requests, determine the extent of needed service, and exercise considerable judgment in continuing with the service or forwarding extensive requests to supervisors or suppliers.
Assist users with service/support issues and provide technical sales support.
Assist customers via email, phone, remote web sessions, or onsite with technical issues
Tracking of work performed and expenses

Valid driver's license with Satisfactory record
Physically capable of handling equipment and going on-site to perform installation work wheand/oror where applicable

Tech Savvy - You are interested in the latest technology and love to solve tech-related problems. Prior copier and IT experience is needed.
Printer knowledge - Lexmark, Brother, HP, Xerox
Time Management and Prioritization - You will be responsible for scheduling the calls assigned to you. You must be able to prioritize the most urgent calls and manage your time to complete calls in an efficient manner.
Self-motivated and Logical Thinker - You are able to observe a problem, analyze it, and come up with possible solutions. You keep yourself on track and thrive on completing calls efficiently and thoroughly. You are comfortable working solo at clients' offices.
Customer Service and Communication - You are personable and can communicate clearly and concisely with clients. You will often be required to provide assistance remotely and must be able to clearly communicate directions to clients.
