We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. The Plumber will work with various tools and equipment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout of plumbing systems. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks. Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion on time. Adhere to safety regulations and building codes while performing all tasks. Conduct heavy lifting as required for the installation of plumbing fixtures and materials. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements

Proven experience in plumbing or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Familiarity with carpentry, HVAC systems, construction practices, and assembly techniques is advantageous. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics to guide installations and repairs. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs accurately. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and efficiently as part of daily tasks. Experience with welding techniques is a plus.
