By providing stable, long-term employment, WGL has developed a dependable team of hard-working employees, including field personnel, equipment operators, mechanics, pipefitters, welders, QC personnel, and safety officers.

Weaver Group has the following positions available for:

All pipeline ground crew positions including: general labourers, Operators, coating technicians, and spacers.

General Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in small- to mid-diameter pipeline construction.

Priority given to adaptable individuals capable of working in multiple ground crew roles.

Strong safety-oriented mindset, with comprehensive knowledge of industry safety protocols and compliance standards. Proficient in assessing, identifying, and mitigating safety risks and hazards. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Familiarity with the Workhub platform, with a commitment to maintaining full compliance. Proficiency in English, with excellent reading and writing skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Effective team player with a capacity to thrive in a diverse workforce.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Valid Class 5 Driver's License (driver's abstract required) Current and valid safety certifications, including AB/BC Ground Disturbance Level 2/201 AB/BC Intermediate (Standard) First Aid Level C with AED Common Safety Orientation (CSO) H2S Alive

All certifications will be verified; invalid certifications will not be accepted.
