Lyons is looking for a motivated and experienced

Pipe Foreman

to join our team. If you have a strong background in underground utilities -- particularly water, sewer, and storm systems -- and enjoy leading crews on dynamic projects, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and coordinate daily activities of pipe crews on site Oversee installation of water and sewer mains, storm drainage systems, manholes, valves, hydrants, and water kiosk chambers Ensure correct layout and grade control for pipe installation Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Enforce safety policies and quality control procedures Work closely with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors Track daily progress and report production quantities

What You Bring:

5+ years of underground utility experience Proven leadership experience as a Foreman or Lead Hand in civil construction Solid knowledge of water, sewer, and storm infrastructure Skilled in setting grades and reading blueprints Understanding of QA/QC standards for pipe installation Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Valid Class 5 Driver's License (or equivalent)

Nice to Have:

CSTS, First Aid, or other safety certifications Equipment operation experience Ability to troubleshoot and make on-the-spot adjustments

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Experience:

civil foreman: 1 year (preferred) underground utilities: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

class 5 or equivalent driver's licence (preferred)
