Key Responsibilities

Apply paint, stain, varnish, lacquer, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces Prepare and clean surfaces before painting (e.g., scraping, sanding, patching holes) Repair cracks and imperfections in walls or other surfaces Work with various substrates such as concrete, siding, and trim Maintain a clean and organized job site Deliver exceptional customer service on every project

What You Bring to the Team

Minimum 3 years of residential or commercial painting experience Strong knowledge of paint products, tools, and techniques Ability to work safely and follow safety protocols Self-motivated with excellent teamwork and communication skills Reliable transportation and your own basic tools (specialized equipment provided) Fluent in spoken and written English

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed 40 hours per week
