Experienced Painter (Senior-Level) - High-End Residential Projects

Third Generation Painters is a premium residential painting company serving Vernon and the Okanagan. With three generations of experience behind us, we focus on high-end repaints, detailed interiors, full stucco/Hardie exteriors, and winter cabinet refinishing.

We're hiring an

Experienced Painter (Senior-Level)

who brings strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the confidence to work independently or with one partner on premium residential projects.

What You'll Do

Complete high-quality prep, priming, cut/roll, spraying, staining, and finishing Lead one to two other painters in a crew on premium residential jobs Follow work orders and daily planners to keep projects efficient and organized Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional Maintain sprayers, tools, and equipment to company standards

What You Bring

1-2 years minimum

professional painting experience

3-5 years preferred

professional painting experience Strong prep and application fundamentals; basic spray experience an asset Ability to produce consistent, clean, detailed work Reliability, pride in craftsmanship, and a positive attitude Reliable transportation to job sites Employee position only -- no subcontractors

Compensation & Details

$25-$32/hour

, depending on experience and autonomy

40 hours/week

Paid stat holidays + accrued vacation
