We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques and a keen eye for detail. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and maintaining tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements Perform restoration work on existing surfaces to enhance appearance and durability Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Experience

Proven experience in construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting, or industrial painting Familiarity with carpentry techniques and rigging is a plus Strong knowledge of caulking methods and materials Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
