We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of construction and restoration processes. Responsibilities

Execute painting tasks for residential and commercial properties, ensuring a high-quality finish. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to determine the scope of work. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, caulking, sanding, and priming as necessary. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various painting applications. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining clear communication throughout the project. Assist in rigging and carpentry tasks as needed to support painting operations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction painting, restoration, or related fields. Proficiency in residential and commercial painting techniques. Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. Familiarity with rigging practices and carpentry skills is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
