NOTE - We execute phase 1 treatment (including myobraces, bionator, and expansion appliances) as well as the Damon Ultima bracket system and Spark/Invisalign clear aligners.

Responsibilities
This role is integral to our patient care, requiring an outgoing and energetic personality as well as attention to detail and follow-up strategies. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships and becoming our patients' trusted guide throughout their treatment. They will be involved in: listening to and clarifying goals, taking chart notes and impeccable visual records and discussing treatment options with guests. As a growing clinic, we are also open to you bringing creative solutions to boost satisfaction, engagement, and outcomes. As well as streamline practice operations.
Skilled at iTero scans as well as intraoral and extraoral SLR photographs, and excited about the vast possibilities of digital dentistry!
You feel confident in presenting case possibilities with a discussion of malocclusion.
You have experience preparing treatment letters and guiding financing options for guests.
Experience in placing Hyrax Appliances, Herbst or AdvanSync Molar to Molar Appliances.
Experience with aligners and attachments.
You are confident in pre-scheduling future appointments and managing your patients' care.
You have mastered the art of multitasking in a high-energy environment. From handing tools to calming nervous patients, you are cool as a cucumber.
You are proactive in creating systems that elevate the patient's experience or make your role easier.

Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care by preparing patients for examinations and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and medication administration logs.
Support daily operations by managing appointments, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the smooth flow of communication within the team.
Educate patients on medication usage and provide instructions for follow-up care as directed by medical staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes and improve service delivery.
