Mission

We are a reputable Kamloops Permanent Makeup and Esthetics Studio seeking a motivated and experienced Nail Technician to join our growing team in our beautiful new Valleyview location. We have not yet introduced nail services so there is a significant potential to build a strong client base quickly.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Complete service requests in the standard booking time allotted for each service at RAC

2. Maintain notes in client profile at the end of each booking with details on products used and styles so you can perform a thorough follow up at their next appointment to ensure client satisfaction

3. Take before and after pictures of each client, unless they specifically do not consent to sharing pictures on Social Media.

4. Share and promote ongoing specials with clients and on social media.

5. Take continuing education classes provided by the company which may include online programs, in person events and/or on-site trainings

6. Set work related personal development goals quarterly, that are trackable by the company and rewarded with incentives!

7. Clean and sanitize treatment room to standard between each client as well as follow our deep cleaning and restocking protocol at the end of each shift.

8. When gaps in schedule occur, use time to help keep common areas clean and tidy, unbox stock, organize and/create content for marketing purposes on social media.

Time Commitment

The successful candidate must have flexible availability with intent to fill bookable hours. Must be open to working some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong focus on nail care. Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Proficient in maintaining high sanitation standards. Ability to engage in retail sales, promoting nail care products effectively. Strong attention to detail and a passion for beauty and aesthetics.
