As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for all clients.
Duties
Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
Assist clients with body waxing services as needed, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the process.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide innovative services.
Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
Proven experience in nail care, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is preferred.
Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Must possess relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations.
