We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Moulder Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining and repairing moulding equipment to produce components efficiently and safely. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless fabrication process, ensuring that all moulded products meet precise specifications and quality standards. Duties

Set up, operate, and monitor moulding machinery to produce components according to schematics Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as needed Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and repairs, ensuring optimal operation Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Document production data accurately, including measurements, machine settings, quality checks and down time reports

Qualifications

Proven experience operating moulding machinery Team player with communication skills Strong knowledge of schematics, and technical drawings related to moulding processes Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools and CNC machines equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
