Wage:

$30.00-$45.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an

experienced millwright/supervisor

with strong mechanical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to work independently or manage a small team on various onsite projects. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, a problem-solver, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair material handling equipment

Supervise and mentor a team to ensure project success

Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet client expectations

Troubleshoot and complete installation/repair projects efficiently

Represent the company on job sites and maintain excellent customer service

Perform welding, fitting, and rigging tasks (safely and professionally)

Work at heights and in physically demanding environments

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a millwright

Millwright certification (an asset, not required)

Strong mechanical aptitude and organizational skills

Leadership experience with excellent communication skills

Valid driver's license

Proficient in welding and rigging

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Agriculture industry experience is a strong asset

Work Location:

In-person

work based out of

Ridgetown, Ontario

Local and occasional out-of-town travel
